How to get a song as a ringtone on Nokia Twist WITHOUT Micro SD Card?

Okay.. I have owned the Nokia Twist for about 7 months now and I was wondering if there was somehow to do the SD Card trick, but instead with the Internal 150mb Memory. I tried renaming the "Music" and "Playlist" folders. And I tried adding another folder "my_sounds" Still no cigar. Just wanna get songs to somehow magically appear instead of in the my music, to my sounds.
