Hello, I'm a 16-year-old who is very fit and active. I would consider myself to be a great sports player but I would like to excel much more as I believe I am very capable.
What are some tips or drills I could be doing at home that would allow me to be better with multiple ball sports (Basketball, rugby e.g...)
Recently I discovered that hand eye co-ordination was related to the brain. So basically I would like to train my brain to better my hand eye co-ordination to improve my ball handling and control.
