How to get Divx to work on apple T.V with no hacks?

Ok
i got an apple tv for christmas
its the new, small, black one
i have a load of movies in divx that i want to play on the apple tv
i looked into hacking the apple tv but id prefer to change the codec so it works with the apple tv with no hacking
any good codec changer or comments?
