You will probably have to let your hair grow just about shoulder length. Then take a comb and hair spray and just back comb the crap out of it. Blow dry it and put mousse in it then back comb it again. Tease it as much as you can then add another coating of the strongest hold of hairspray you can get I suggest aqua net.
