How to get eMule through my wireless router (Linksys) firewall?

I need to download something from eMule but I cannot get the program through my firewalls. My apartment use somekind of DSL so it comes with a router; and I am using a Linksys wireless router in my own apartment. I know I need to adjust some [port] settings in 192.168.0.1 and eMule, but I don't know how. Please help! Many thanks!
 
Turn your firewall off; connect to e-mule then turn your firewall back on.
