I am thinking about womens ody sculpting (not look like a she man) or maybe marathon or triatholon running. i am overwieght right now but what and how do i prepare myself 2 run a marathon or body building?
You can do daily exercise routines. And eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies. You can cut down the sweets also like candy and ice cream or cookies. The steps to having a nice body or a body you can run with for a long distance are very easy. Just try the things I listed above and slowly you will see the change.. And try to stay away from soda and fried foods..
If you want to get in shape to run a marathon, then you have to start running.
If you've never done any sort of running before, then start out with walking about a mile, every day. When you can do this without being winded, step it up to jogging. When you can jog a mile reasonable well, then step it up to full running, and then increase the distance gradually from there.
Remember to warm-up for about 5 minutes and then stretch before beginning you regular work-out routine.
