Ok so basically if your phone is anything like mine, you have a ring tune folder in the menu am I right?
If not then the following instructions will be completely useless
BASICALLY
1. Connect your phone through a USB to your computer.
2. Open the USB drive, click media.
3. Right Click and press properties, check the hidden box, and press APPLY.
4. Uncheck the hidden box and press OK.
5. You should have the ring tunes folder now. Drag your music files into it and so on.
NEXT
1. Go to Settings >> Profiles >> (your profile) >> Personalize >> Ring Tone >> MP3 Ring Tones >> your file.
Hope this works
I have an LG Chocolate so maybe the menu's different than yours but hopefully it'll work
