How to get music from a Mac to Samsung Reality?

I have a Samsung Reality and I would like to know if I can get music from my Mac computer to my phone.

I would suggest hooking up to the phone via bluetooth and transferring multiple files at once (select “Send File…”, then highlight multiple music files and hit “Send”)
