im 15 and weight 160 and bench 210! is that good for some one my size and age?? and how can i get my bench up about 15ilbs in a month! anything helps thxn
try takin like 3 to 5 pounds heavier a day and see how that goes im 14, weigh 170 and i bench 255 thats how i did it. i benched about 5 lbs heavier for about a week at a time and look at me now ahahah
