I upgraded my iPhone 4 with baseband 4.2.1 and 5.1.1 OS to OS 6.1.2, and still have baseband 4.2.1, however I can not get the cell service to work (Consumer Cellular). It is software unlocked phone, sn0wbreeze, most recent version. Seems to me it ought to work just fine. When I downgrade back to 5.1.1 all is well. I am pretty sure it is not the carrier config files, as I update them for Consumer Cellular (unlock it), going either direction, upgrading or down grading. Can someone help? I'd like to run OS 6.1.2 and have my cell service working. Thank you
