How to get Ringtones Back?

I bought an iPhone 5 recently and before that i had an iPhone 4, i had bought at least 20 ring tones on it but I don't have them on my new phone is there a way I can get them without having to buy them again? Plus I already tried restoring it with my old phone's memory, it didn't work. Thanks!
