How to get ringtones on a Samsung Trill?

I got a Samsung Trill today but I can't find out how to put ringtones on it. I can't get them sent to my phone through messages and I do not have an SD card. I tried putting it on through Windows Media Player but it sent it to my music player instead of ringtone list. Is there a certain program i can download to help with this problem or what?

that ringtone

use the bluetooth to do it, that sends it to your ringtones section not music player
