How to hack into a blackberry bold?

Please help me! I'm 14 years old this is for my mom..
we have suspicions that my dad might be cheating on my mom and he acts very strange around us; he never used to do that. Then all of a sudden this Maggie girl started popping up in everything and my dad texts her alot. My mom really needs to get into my dads blackberry & see if anything is really going on between them.
the phone is password protected and my mom has no clue what it is.
I no this sounds like really bad about breaking in; but im really worried that he might be. she is only doing it so she can stop the misery.
is there any code my mom could use to get in? please help us.

my mom has tried talking to my dad & all he has done is ignore her or make her feelbad or cry.
 
What you need to do is not "hacking" by your definition. Getting the password by going in to the code of the phone itself would require someone who is knowledgeable about that particular phone, the code it uses, etc.
BUT, most of the time passwords are something simple like a birthday, the name of one of his children, something he likes, etc. One thing you can do is sit down with the phone and guess. Keep guessing, and guessing until you get it right.
Alternatively, if there is a password recovery system, you can follow the steps to recover the password, once again making your best guesses about things like security questions. This may require access to his email, so you might have to do the same thing with his email to use password recovery.
The last option I can think of is taking his phone to a local dealer, explaining the situation, and asking them to do it. They would probably say no, however.

Back up the phone with BB desktop software, then get the password wrong lots of times until the phone resets. Plug back in to PC and restore. You can mow create a new password. :/
