How to have a rly cute style?

I dont like vintage clothing i like more of a cute and colorful style. any ideas for clothes, hair, accesories ect.?

Hair accessories: bows, hair clips, bandanna's, pretty much all i can think of .
Clothes: skinny jeans, leggings, colourful t-shirts, shirts with cute characters on them , hello kitty, just plain colourful sweaters, anything with vibrant/neon colours.
Accessories: animal back packs, hello kitty or dora back packs, cute character bandages, buttons with cute character's on them, high tops , vans , colourful crazy shoes.
and for your hair style: try choppy layers, and side swept or full bangs.
