how to hook up fios to my computer?

i just got verison fios installed to my tv but i used to be able to watch tv on my computer using windows media player. They gave me a small black fios box but the cable guy did not know how to hook it up. PLEASE HELP!!!
 
this is the only way i know how to do it
i dunno what type of cable hook up to the fios box but you are going to need to get a ? to dvi (or whatever you are using) converter then plug it into your monitor and just use it as a tv when you wanna watch it
hope it helps, more information would be nice, like a picture of the back of the box and your monitor
