How to import contacts from Samsung Memoir to the Mytouch 3G?

I'm trying to get all of my contacts off of my samsung memoir onto my MyTouch 3G but everytime I try that and Move all of my contacts on my phone to my sim, it says that some info might be lost which means that J-Z won't be on it or Vice Versa. How do I do this?
