How to install bluetooth in Control Panel????

Ok I have a wireless MICROSOFT Keyboard and mouse with receiver (microsoft too) and have installed all software that comes with it. The receiver just came with the mouse but should work with the keyboard too (mouse works just fine). The problem is there is not a bluetooth thing in my control panel. Can someone send me a link to fix this?
Oh I have SP2 already too!
