How to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 without internet?

My computer does not have an internet connection. But my laptop does. So i dl the setup for .NET Framework 3.0 and transferred it onto my computer. But when I try installing it, it says it needs to download something. So how do I install it if it does not have any internet.
