I'm just trying to get my phone to charge more efficiently on my computer and apparently it takes these drivers to do so: http://www.motorola.com/consumers/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=bda09ec8009a0210VgnVCM1000008806b00aRCRD. The only problem is that my phone is already installed on my computer, so when I plug it in the Found New Hardware Wizard does not pop up. I even tried to uninstall the device and then replug it in. The step where the "Found New Hardware" bubble pops up does happen, but then the computer auto installs the drivers it needs to work and then nothing happens. So my phone still doesn't charge efficiently. I have a Motorola Cliq. Dunno what the model number is or where to find it so i just downloaded both drivers in case. I am running Windows 7 on an HP computer. I think this is all you need, but I just need to know how to install these on a Windows 7, because the instructions look like they are running Windows XP
