Hi, i have recently installed ubuntu natty. I do not have an internet connection for that computer, therefore i cant download softs directly through software center. I downloaded vlc player from softopedia.. Which is in tar.bz2 format, but i cant install it. Please post step by step installation procedure for vlc 1.11.1. Please
