How would I say "My fathers occupation is a government worker", "My father was born in July", and "My father speaks English" in Japanese. No need to explain things like "watashi" or the particle "wa". thanks.

Well, you could either refer to him as 'Ot?san(????)' or 'Chichi(?)', but 'Chichi' is more common whilst speaking >about< him.

"My father's occupation is a government worker" -> {??}??????????{??}?
{Watashi no} chichi no shigoto wa shisei kinr?-sha {desu}.

(Watashi no = 'my' ~can be omitted, not needed~, chichi no = 'father's', shigoto wa = 'job is', shisei = 'government', kinr?-sha desu = 'worker'.)

"My father was born in July" -> ????????????
Chichi wa nana-gatsu de umare mashita.

(Chichi wa = 'my father (was)', nana-gatsu = 'July', de = *particle meaning a 'in'*, umaremashita = 'was born'.)

"My father speaks English" -> ??????????
Chichi wa eigo o hanasemasu.

(Chichi wa = 'my father (does)', eigo = 'english', o hanashimasu = to speak/'speaks'.)

I didn't really explain things, only break it down, but..
Hope this helps!
