My ex and I ended our relationship three years ago, but over the course of those three years apart, we slowly began to realize that being apart from each other is a mistake and that we are perhaps meant to be together. The problem is that over those three years, a lot has happened, we have dated other people, hurt each other's feelings, things that would happen when you are separated from someone you don't want to be separated from. Throughout our trials and tribulations, some of our family and friends began to distrust how we felt for each other, feeling that the other person is not worth our time , that they are dangerous to be around, and other things that make it sound like we hurt each other on purpose, though that was never the case. My question is how can I bring the love of my life back into my life so that everyone may hopefully trust them again. I care about my friends and what they think, so I don't want to just ignore their opinions because they have looked out for me for many years. I want to bring everyone back together so that we can all be friends and family again. How should I go about doing this?
