how to jailbreak iphone 3G 4.3.5??? and then downgrade :/?

hey all,
my dad recently got an iphone 3G for free along with a $29 cap with vodafone,
its version 4.3.5 as it says, and i look at jailbreaking websites;
theres no firmware download for an iphone 3G above 4.2.1 and no way I can attempt to jailbreak without bricking the phone.

wtf do i do!!!
its a '3G' not a 3GS :/
 
Go to jailbreakme.com on your iPhone and download Cydia to Jailbreak it.
