I'm so hungry. I haven't eaten since last night, but I ate a lot and now I don't want to eat for until Monday.
I've been doing good at eating about 600 or less cal. a day and even skipping food all day without a problem. I don't know why it's bothering me so much today, but it is. And I still have tonight and tomorrow until I want to eat again. Are there any tips or tricks you have to keep yourself from eating?
Oh, and if you're just going to be like "Blah blah blah you should eat, blah blah blah." Then don't bother answering. Also don't try to tell me to lose weight the healthy way because I worked out every day and ate organic for 3 months and lost NOTHING.
