How to lose tummy fat without running/biking?

I am 15, 5'11 and weigh about 70kg (155 pounds). I did sit ups, crunches and push ups all summer long and the only thing i noticed was slightly more muscle mass under my belly fat and a bit more arm muscle. I think its useless to work my muscles if it is all covered by my fat (not much) so how can i lose fat without going out jogging everyday since it gets really cold especially this time around (its already sub zero and snowing) and i want to keep my grades up since im doing pretty well at school right now. I signed up for Rugby and I made Varsity so I guess i get some exercise there but i want to keep do some at home, any ideas on fat burners to do at home? Thanks.
