how to make fusion tube sub perform better?

i have a 10" fusion tube sub in my ute and just upgraded my speakers, now the sub dosent sound to be as strong as it used to, when i play around with the settings i get the sub louder but then the other speakser dont sound as good, i am looking at also getting a amp for my other speakers, do you recomend i get a amp for my other speakers? and whats the advantages? also how can i get my tube sub sounding better?
