How to make the flash work on my t mobile my touch slide?

The flash has always worked on my phone. Now all of the sudden I can't get it to work. I've tried master reset, turning my phone back on & off, even turning the flash on & off. Still nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
 
Hello, then have you ever thought to convert your flash works to mobile phone-friendly formats, let's say 3gp, 3g2 or other for easy playback? Try it to see whether it works for you.
