How to make your voice high pitched in a video?

We are making a video on Windows Movie Maker &YouCam, but I want to know how to make our voiced high pitched, not sped up but just the pitch. It neeeeds to be free. I know WMM can't do that &i need a program that can, somewhat easily. Im not good with all the high techy stuff.

Any ideas? :)
 
i jusst want my voice to souund good bc i have a cold but my voice donnt sound so good right now
