How to meet girls into nightclubs?

I go to them and its okay at the start of the night but then the people im with meet other people and im alone. It always seems that very I know is with someone(probably just seems this way)
My friends just go on dance floor and see girls and put the hands around the girls and next thing their kissing! So I tried this some dance with me even grinded me put never kissed me. I want a girlfriend like I don't want to be a player. But im lonely and feel odd one out.
So in a nightclub how does girl act if they want to be with you?
And any tips to turn grinding into kissing into girlfriend?

Most girls/guys in nightclubs are looking for fun (on that night) and they're probably already drunk. The most you're likely to develop a relationship where you met at a club is to the "friends with benefits" stage. Only a rare few have met their girlfriends at nightclubs.

I wouldn't personally want to kiss a random skank in a nightclub. I don't know where her dirty lips might have been. She might have been sucking a d8ck an hour ago!

Meet at other places instead of nightclubs, bars, pubs, etc. A better place to meet girls would be gigs! There are plenty of rock chicks!
