How to meet Hayley Williams?

Hi, I've been a fan of paramore for ages and I really want to meet Hayley Williams, unfortunately I'm only 14 and I live in england, is there a possibility for me to meet her? I will accept any suggestion

By the way I don't mean meeting up with her to be friends forever (even though that would be cool) just a picture and an autograph would do

Get a backstage past (it'll cost a lot, like more than the price of tickets for a party).

Or, if you have a disease, you could just call her manager and say you'd really like to meet her.
