how to modifiy mk1 Fiat punto 1.2?

hi i have a Fiat Punto 1.2 and want to modify it so that i can have better performance. I know that a 1.2 ltr engine is not a big deal and my opinion but i want to make it the fastest 1.2 punto on the road.

i'd already installed a cone filter and a muffler. Is there anything else that i can do? Thank you for your help.

Seriously, save your money. You'll never make a 1.2 Mk1 Punto fast.
You could stick a nitrous kit and a turbo on it, might cost a couple of grand and make it as quick as a Diesel Golf.
If you want a fast car, buy one. Don't start with a Punto or you'll be in a whole world of pain.
