Hi. My cousin, who is an OCW in the US, just sent us a suitcase full of stuff because his company's making him move to Europe. So, to the point, he sent me a BlackBerry 8100 phone, which is awesome, by the way.
The only un-awesome thing is that he forgot to bring it to AT&T to get it open-line-ed [or whatever the term is]. Seeing as I live in the Philippines, it's quite a hassle to send it back to him. Of course, I can always get it fixed here but it costs around Php5,000 [$100] instead of Php500 [$10] or so with Nokia phones. I'm thinking of fixing it myself but I dont know how. Any thoughts?
thanks in advance!
