Like I said above, I want to pay off the interest on my student loan, but I'm not sure who to make the check out to. I've searched the studentloans.gov website and the other website they give a link to (I think it was the National Student Loan Database), BUT THEY KEEP LEADING ME AROUND IN CIRCLES.
I'm so confused. How do I figure out who my lender (is that the same thing as loan servicer?) is, and is it to this person I should be making my repayments to?
