How to pursue a relationship with a Scorpio guy?

I'm a Capricorn girl and I used to have crushed on Cancer, Leo, and Virgo guys (especially Virgo). But lately I keep falling for Scorpio guys. But I'm afraid of rejection so whenever I like a guy I'm too shy to directly flirt, and always wish they'd make the first move... but idk. What should I do? How would I know if a Scorpio guy likes me, too? And is this a good match? I find them really attractive, and we tend to have relatively similar interests.
To be specific, I'm a capricorn/aquarius cusp
