how to put 11 minute DVD on youtube?

you can use Windows Movie Maker to edit it

It can only be 10 minutes- you have to cut a minute out somewhere.

all you need to do is reduce the quality while you convert it from dvd format to whatever format, i suggest winavi
also, cut the the video in half and upload each segment separately
