So I've sprained my ankle and it's swollen all around the ankle and at the back bone as well (there is a bump). My mum has told me to stay off school and she's left a TubiGrip on my bedside table. The problem is i don't even know how you put it on :S [I have checked the instructions and I haven't found how you do it with your ankle]
With anyone who's sprained they're ankle and have had a TubiGrip on, can you please help me with this?
