Funny you ask, I just bought the phone tonight, my old one died at a foam party - Great party anyway.....
Use the Bluetooth connection, go to add devices in Bluetooth and add a laptop, then transfer the music that way. Took me 2 minutes to do, takes about 45 seconds per song on Bluetooth too.
If you have a normal desktop computer, I'd still say bluetooth is your best bet to garuntee it works, you can pick up bluetooth dongles for £10 in PC World and the likes. Otherwise just use the USB cable, although I haven't tried the USB cable yet so it could be cr*p.
