Hi there i have a big problem.
I smoke for 2 years every day and 50% of the time i feel bad about doing it and tried to quit alot of times leading to failure, can anyone tell me how to quit smoking it because i can't do it alone it feels impossible because i got the money and i got the time to do it, but its destroying me i need to quit. pls good advice
