How to re-format a HP hx2410 PDA with MS Mobile 2003?

I recently purchased an HP hx2410 off Amazon that was refurbished. It looks like the company I bought it from didn't do anything to it. Apparently this used to belong to a food company and everything on it seems to have an administrator lock on it; I can't do anything on it, not even change the background. How do I go about putting MS Mobile 2003 back on it. I'm not that familiar with PDAs.
