ok so i'm a bit stressed
i'm a high school student in all honors classes(and an AP course)
i have the AP exam coming up in a couple of months, tons of homework, i have limited my stress though by not doing track this year but i am still planning on going running everyday if i have time.
My brother has been sick for over 2 years, so yea that adds a lot of stress and also I have been suicidal for a really long time(pratically everyday for months, with occaionally thoughts since like 4 years ago)
I also have a little bit of anger issues which i try my best to control but when i'm more stressed i definitly lash out at people more and i always feel really bad.
And i have the rest of the stress that comes with being a teenager
I am definitly a little less stressed now cause i finished a research paper due today
so that's done with, but i've been getting bad grades lately, problably failed my vocab test today cause i had no time to study, but a positive is i think i did well on my chemistry test i had today
I would really appricate it if you could give me some ways to relax and whatnot, i know like to taking deep breaths, listening to music, get enough sleep, go for a walk, excercise, take time out to spend time with friends, make organized list of stuff to oragnize thoughts, but i already do this, any other tips, please, i am going crazy and freaking out, so PLEASE help.
and i am also looking for a job
