How to remove preinstalled apps on Samsung galaxy mini s5570?

I've bought this phone locked to optus- little did I know that it'd be full of preinstalled apps that I cannot remove like the other apps I manually download. The preinstalled apps are taking up so much space and I can't even move them to my SD card.

How do I delete them??
 
go to setting in that there is application in that u can uninstall the all app u like
