How to replace Verizon phone?

So I have a replacement plan for my basic phone, which I recently lost. I want to replace it, but I went online to the Verizon website and I didn't see any option anywhere to order a replacement phone. So how should I go about getting my replacement?

You can go to the retailer where you got your phone and request a replacement. If you got it from one of the corporate stores, then you can go to any corporate store to get it replaced. However, if you got it from a authorized retailer/vendor, then you have to go to that store to get it replaced. Hope this helped.
