If it still doesn't work, try giving your Mac a static IP address. Plug the ethernet cable into a computer that can get to the internet (if you have one) then open the command prompt on the PC or Mac (not sure if Mac has one or not) then type ipconfig /all. Write down the IPv4 address, default gateway, subnet mask, and DNS severs. Then go to your Mac and plug it in and statically enter the IP address. Hope this helps!</blockquote>
