How to roll a "cigarette" for extreme beginners?

My "pipe" broke and all that i have left is a bunch of papers but i can not get pass the putting in the "tobacco" do i fold it do i roll it i can never do it and it just ends up getting wasted.
P.S I HAVE REALLY SHAKY HANDS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS

I buy a tub of tobacco and a box of tubes. I have a machine that you stuff, pack, and shoves the tobacco in the tubes. It's simple.
 
1) Fold the paper in half it is not already.

2) With the paper held in one hand, have the sticky part facing you on the inside.

3) Add your tobacco. Just enough so it fills up the triangled paper about half way.

4) Using the other hand press the front and the back side of the paper (do not lick it yet!)

5) Start rolling the tobacco in between your fingers by rubbing the tops of the papers together.

6) Once it's compressed down noticeably, bend over the front side tightly around the rolled tobacco, lick the sticky side and seal it around the rest.

take the paper in your hand folded put the "tobacco" in the fold of the paper, lay one end (the end that isnt sticky) just enough to cover the "tobacco" then lick the sticky part on the other side and start rolling it, when done take it between two fingers and roll it back and forth, then take a cutip and pack it in on both sides, then twist one end and ur ready to go. Or just go buy you a roller (like 4 bucks) at any smoke shop and most convienence stores and they come with instructions
 
First take a small rectangle uv paper then put the tobacco on the right and the foam thingy on the left aftrer that roll it up alliitle and lick I side than roll all the way up a nd hold licked prt 2 the ither side then ur done!
