How to root a samsung flight II phone?

Anyone have detailed instructions on rooting a Samsung Flight II phone? Or, failing that, how can I "Hide" all the bloatware that came with the phone? The phone is nice, but way too cluttered (I'm 40-something, & it's kind of embarassing to have "star-tweets" on my phone!)
