How to save contacts from my motoblur t mobile phone to my sim card? ?

I've been trying to save my contacts from my moto blur t mobile phone to my sim card because I'm going to get my upgrade and I don't wanna save all the contacts one by one I just want them on my sim already when I insert it to the new phone ???
Help me ???:) please
 
For most phones you go under SETTINGS and go down to MEMORY and then PHONE MEMORY then MY CONTACTS, click OPTIONS and then MOVE and u can select one by one or click on MARK ALL.....this is used for a samsung phone but idk if it would work for your phone aswell but it should be similar
