how to set a mp3 song to different contacts on the T-mobile mytouch 4g andriod?

ok i am trying to set diffrent song ringtones to seprate contacts and i cant seem to figure it out at all i have the T-mobile mytouch 4g all my songs are on my memory card but when i try to tell it ringtone for a contact it just shows the default tones i would like to use the song as a ringtone but i cant fig this out please let me know thanx
