How to set file sharing between 2 users only?

I have set up a microsoft windows network at home (between our family PC and my Laptop).

I would like my user account files (in My Documents etc) on my PC to be accessible from my Laptop, but not other users on the PC. And likewise, let me access my laptop hard drive on my PC but only from my user account.
