How to set ringtones on Samsung Admire?

I wanted to know if there was a way i can put my music i downloaded as my ringtone for incoming calls/text messages or even if there was a way I can put my intended ringtone downloads as the ringtones -_- please help! Phone is obviously Samsung Admire

ok its very easy... the music ap that came with the phone... go to it... play a song /or the song u want as a ring tone after u play it or have it a the play screen hit menu.. and and option to make it ur ring tone will be on screen.
