perating Systems: Win Vista / Win 7 I was forced to switch internet companies and now use ATT&T. The modem is a Motorola 3360, and I bought a Cisco Linksys E1200 Wireless-N Router from Walmart so that I could have wifi on my other desktop [Win7]. I set up the network using the disc in the box, and it's in working order.... except I can't connect to the internet on either computers. I tried using an ethernet cable for my other desktop, but that didn't work. I'm also using AT&T's filter thing in a phonejack, but I don't think that would make a difference. The more information, the better? Anywho, I can connect using the modem of course, but once the router comes into the picture; zilch. Local connection only. I ran the troubleshooter, and I'm getting something like "Can't connect to DNS" or something like that. I also tried flushing the DNS with cmd.exe The activity lights flash normally, and everything appears like it should be working, but no internet. Any help or tips would be vastly appreciated, and happy Independence Day!
